I would not be where I am without her
"Chloe is an excellent psychologist. When I first reached out to her I was unable to look after myself due to the distress and time taken up by my compulsions. I had recently had an OCD relapse and was desperate for help. Not only did Chloe get me in as soon as possible, and offer flexibility, she also took the time to speak with my family who were struggling greatly with my relapse. She has worked at one of the best centres for anxiety disorders in the UK and her knowledge is second to none. She is incredibly empathetic and created an environment of psychological safety from our first session. I always felt heard during our sessions and each week Chloe kept notes and referred to what we’d discussed in the session before. She also structures the sessions with an agenda at the start which is incredibly helpful and kept me on track. Despite exposures being difficult, she helped me build my confidence and always ensured she took part in the exposures herself. Even when I felt my OCD was not responding to some exposures, she offered other options and ways to build my confidence. I would not be where I am today without her support. Thank you Chloe“
Chloe is an excellent therapist and very knowledgeable
“I have lived with OCD for over 35 years. I have also seen several OCD therapists over 20 plus years and explored alternative therapies and practices. Although I reaped real benefits from each type of therapy and practice, healed many parts of myself, learned to identify the OCD more clearly, I was unable to make a significant enough dent in the armour of OCD to really get underneath it, understand what was driving it or learn how to manage OCD effectively so that I could truly live a freer and less constrained life until my work with Chloe.
Before Chloe I was constantly checking things, ruminating, going down intense rabbit holes and never being able to see the shades of grey. I thought I understood OCD or had a handle on how to manage it, but I really did not. The main type of OCD I experience is usually around thoughts and images of harm. With Chloe’s support we explored key topics that would impact me daily and I learnt to use labelling ‘intrusive thoughts’ and creating theory Bs to help me sit with very strong feelings (particularly uncertainty) and compulsions. The understanding I gained through our discussions about particular life experiences impacting my thoughts and behaviours were also very helpful. We broke down exposure work to really specific tasks which helped to build up my confidence with handling them.
I worked with Chloe for over 3 years and she is an excellent therapist and very knowledgeable at what she does. Therapy was incredibly tough for me at times, but I stuck with it and did the work. I still experience intrusions and compulsions, but now I know how to manage them and can pull myself out of rabbit holes if I start to feel overwhelmed. It’s now 2025 and for the last 2.5 years since my work with Chloe completed I have gone on to look at ways I can access and release emotions and I use Tara Brach’s RAIN meditations to help me with this which are available for free on her website. The space and freedom that has been created inside me as a result of therapy and learning how to manage the OCD has allowed me to live a much fuller and healthier life.
I will always be grateful to you Chloe for your support on my healing journey. Thank you.”

I've been able to get to the point I can do almost everything I was scared of doing before
"I worked with Chloe over the course of several months to treat my emetophobia. I'd had a terrible fear of vomiting for a very long time (about fifteen years), and had several other therapists, and was convinced that my emetophobia was worse and harder to treat than other people's and that it would never get any better. Chloe has been able to help me a huge amount and I'm really grateful for having been able to work with her. Chloe is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and she bases everything she does on techniques that have been tested and are proven to help people with emetophobia. With Chloe's help, I've been able to get to the point where I can do almost everything I was too scared to do before, and I was even able to clean up someone's vomit without it bothering me!

Chloe was really kind and understanding throughout the process of therapy, which helped me be open and honest with her about things I was finding really difficult, or that I was embarrassed about or felt silly about. I felt really confident throughout the whole process that everything Chloe was doing was based either on techniques that were proven to help with phobias (and often specifically emetophobia) or her having treated lots of people with the same problem. Essentially I felt like I really trusted that what Chloe wanted me to do was the right thing to do. This was really important as lots of the tasks I needed to do were really difficult for me, so knowing that it would be worth the effort helped keep me motivated. Chloe was always really good at tailoring my treatment and the tasks I had to do around what was important for me, what I enjoyed doing but wasn't able to do, etc. Again this helped keep me motivated. I think Chloe is especially good at understanding exactly what is bothering you most about a specific problem, and giving you a 'nugget' of advice or a phrase that helps you get through it. I often found myself remembering the exact phrase Chloe used in our sessions and coming back to it when I was struggling with something, and these phrases really helped me."
Working with Chloe has been incredibly rewarding and positively transformative
"Working with Chloe has been incredibly rewarding and positively transformative. By working together, she has fundamentally helped me to understand myself better and tackle my particular issues with OCD and worry/anxiety, through incredibly effective CBT and ERP. Her patient, understanding and collaborative style has helped me to learn and make progress that will last. Chloe's goal has been to teach me how to be my own therapist for the future - I feel this has been fulfilled and is something I am eternally grateful to her for."

Chloe has changed her life and we are so grateful
"- is in a really good place at the moment. Thank you so much for the sessions, - is doing really well. You have given her acceptance and awareness of what she is going through. She speaks openly about having OCD and anxiety and is no longer hiding it or ashamed of herself.
Before we came to you she said that she couldn’t enjoy anything fully because of the struggles with her thoughts and continual managing of them and she thought there was no way anyone could help her get through the worst of it but now she feels more in control because she’s accepted she isn’t going crazy it’s actually a diagnosis and it’s acceptable.
You’ve changed her life and we are so grateful. You are the first psychologist that she has believed can help her and trusted. Thank you."
