Experience and Qualifications

HELLO

I'm a London-based Clinical Psychologist, but I also offer therapy sessions remotely via secure video call—so no matter where you are in the UK, support is just a click away.

I'm registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) as both a therapist and supervisor. I’m deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and continually stay informed about the latest research and best practices to ensure the support I offer is both thoughtful and effective.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have been a qualified Clinical Psychologist since 2008. However, since completing my first psychology degree in 2000, I’ve been dedicated to supporting people experiencing mental health difficulties in a wide range of settings. I have always been passionate about helping people overcome anxiety and related difficulties using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London, and have gone on to complete further specialist training in CBT.

Before moving into private practice, I worked in the NHS for many years. My most recent role was as a Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (CADAT) at the Maudsley Hospital in South London—one of the UK’s leading services for anxiety treatment.

As well as providing therapy, I teach and supervise other therapists, both those just starting out and those in more senior roles. I also hold a teaching post at King’s College London, where I help train future psychologists and CBT therapists.
